Corporate Development Manager

Help build an acquisition platform from the ground up.

Silverwing is seeking an exceptional Corporate Development Manager to help build and scale an acquisition platform focused on logistics and supply chain businesses across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This is an execution role for someone who enjoys building systems, sourcing opportunities, supporting transactions, and working directly with a founder on high-impact strategic initiatives. 

This is not a traditional corporate strategy or corporate finance position. You will be responsible for building an AI-driven acquisition sourcing engine, identifying acquisition opportunities, managing the CRM and transaction pipeline, supporting due diligence, implementing AI and automation tools, and helping execute acquisitions from initial outreach through to completion. 

What you'll do

• Build and manage an AI-powered acquisition sourcing and qualification engine.

• Research and qualify acquisition targets across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

• Build relationships with business owners and professional intermediaries.

• Manage the acquisition CRM and transaction pipeline.

• Support due diligence, financial analysis and transaction execution.

• Implement AI, automation and workflow systems to improve productivity.

• Work directly with the Principal on acquisitions, strategic projects and executive priorities.

• Help build the operational systems that will support a growing acquisition platform. 

What we're looking for

• At least five years experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction services, management consulting or a similar commercial role.

• Strong analytical and research capability.

• Practical experience using AI and automation tools to improve business processes.

• Experience with CRM systems and project management platforms.

• Excellent written English and strong commercial judgment.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

• Singapore work rights are essential. Employment Pass sponsorship is not available.

Remuneration

Remuneration includes a base salary and performance and success-based remuneration, linked to clearly defined KPIs including acquisition pipeline development, owner engagement, transaction execution and overall contribution to the business. A significant portion of the remuneration package is therefore earned through successful performance and delivery of results. 

Additional information

• Singapore-based, full-time position.

• Regional travel within Southeast Asia, including Jakarta, as required.
