We're Hiring: Corporate Development Manager

Your Role

As a Corporate Development Manager, you will:

Lead Capital Raising Projects Act as PMO for private and public fundraising activities (equity, debt, non-dilutive)

Drive Investor Relations Prepare updates for the board and investors, and deliver impactful presentation materials

Support Business Initiatives Collaborate with company leaders and function heads to back business plans with solid financial analysis

Conduct Market Intelligence Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, and provide benchmarking and strategic recommendations to the C-suite

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or economics

35 years of experience in consulting, finance, or investor relations

Experience in corporate development or strategic finance

Strong commercial awareness and financial analysis skills

Fluency in English

Bonus: Fluency in another Asian language (e.g., Chinese, Korean)
