A leading healthcare conglomerate is seeking a Strategic Business Development / M&A professional to support investment evaluation, corporate development, and portfolio strategy initiatives across the region. This role offers exposure to M&A transactions, strategic planning, investment analysis, and regional stakeholder management within a dynamic healthcare platform.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential investment, partnership, and M&A opportunities across the region
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational, commercial, tax, and regulatory workstreams
- Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and investment assessments
- Support transaction execution, including preparation of investment papers, presentations, and approval materials
- Review transaction and legal documentation together with internal and external advisors
- Participate in negotiations with counterparties, partners, and advisors
- Support strategic planning and portfolio management initiatives across the group
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive strategic projects and business initiatives
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and investment opportunities
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
- Around 8-10 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, strategic investments, transaction advisory, or related fields
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Experience managing stakeholders across regional or cross-functional environments
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
