Corporate Counsel - Mergers and Acquisition

Our client is a leading global payment technology provider enabling seamless financial connectivity for businesses worldwide. This client provide services including stablecoin-enabled corporate cards, cross-border payout solutions, and integrated expense management tools

What client is looking for

• Qualified to practise law in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdictions.
• 3-6 years PQE with a focus on corporate transactions. Solid experience in M&A is mandatory.
• In-house experience in a start-up environment and/or fintech or web3 industry is a plus.
• Excellent command of spoken and written skills in English.
• Familiarity with both onshore and offshore deal structures and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong project management, organization, negotiation and communication skills, with good business sense and strong legal analytical skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment and ability to navigate legal ambiguity.
