JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Content Development

Take photos and videos at respective engagements
Create content, developing video scripts, storyboarding and producing videos for various purposes

2.Campaign Management

3.Strategic Planning

Developing and implementing communication strategies that leverage video as a primary medium to share the company's vision and mission effectively, such as Human-Interest Stories approach, etc

4.Stakeholder Engagement

. Utilizing video to simplify complex information to various stakeholders.

5.Other Duties & Responsibilities

Develop the organization annual communications plan
Identify stories for publicity through various channels.
Curate and maintain archive of stories, photographs and videos
Grow the organization's social presence. management of the digital assets.
Developing a monthly content calendar and producing relevant content such as social media posts, videos, and infographics
Development of marketing communication materials (banners, posters, digital display panels)

WORKING HOURS

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Minimum - Diploma in communications. Keen interest or experience in communications, including photography, videography, social media
At least two years of relevant communications experience or a degree in communications.

Experience:

Able to write well in English. Has knowledge of Mandarin, Malay or Tamil, with the ability to speak and preferably with the ability to proofread written text.
Keen interest in current affairs, national policies and keeps updated about news in the community.
Social media user. Enjoy social networking.
