Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn), including content planning, copywriting, scheduling, and performance tracking
Develop and produce communication materials such as presentation decks, written content, announcements, and feature articles for internal and external audiences
Support video content creation, including basic scripting, coordination, and editing with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate communication projects, ensuring timely coordination and follow-up on deliverables
Support internal communication initiatives such as digital newsletters, company-wide updates, and employee engagement activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment
Perform other communications-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in communications, content creation, or social media management
(Candidates with strong relevant skills but less experience may also be considered)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear and engaging content
Experience in social media management, content creation, or corporate communications (in-house or agency)
Proficient in presentation development (e.g. PowerPoint) with ability to create clear and visually engaging materials
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with video editing or design tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools) is an advantage
Knowledge of SEO or digital marketing principles is a plus
Ability to communicate in additional languages may be beneficial for stakeholder engagement
