The Opportunity

• It is an opportunity for Corporate Communications Executive (Bank ) to join their team
• This will start off as a 12-month contract role

Job description
1. Organise & execute people engagement events & program to elevate employee journey and reinforce strategic business messages.
2. Plan & coordinate logistics arrangement for executive leadership conferences & townhalls.
3. Design and develop visually appealing and engaging presentations, incorporating storytelling techniques, data visualization, and interactive elements.
4. Write clear, concise, and compelling content, including scripts and narratives.
5. Curate internal communications within Group PB, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messages.
6. Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, video messages, and leadership townhalls.
7. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
8. Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance the efficiency and creativity of the design process.
9. Strengthen the Group PB brand internally ensure alignment with corporate branding and employer value proposition.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field,
2. 2-5 years of progressive experience in branding, marketing, and communications roles.
3. Experience in organising leadership & people engagement events, e.g. townhalls and engaging stakeholders to deliver impactful event experience.
4. Experience in presentation conceptualization and development with knowledge of AI-powered design tools and techniques.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for design.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
