- Perm
- At least 5 years of investor relations / corporate communications experience. Corporate Communications candidates who do not have IR experience but is keen, are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with looking at financial / stock reports and enjoys them.
- Strong writing skills and have done Annual Reports in a listed Company. Annual reports (must have), sustainability reports (good to have).
Support the Investor Relations and Sustainability department in fostering communication between corporate management and investors, with a strong focus on sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
Reporting and Disclosures
- Assist in developing the Annual Report and Sustainability Report.
- Monitor and report sustainability performance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Engage with ESG analysts and rating agencies, providing necessary disclosures.
Investor Relations Materials:
- Prepare press releases, announcements, presentations, and website content.
- Conduct research and analysis on REITs and the real estate industry.
- Plan and execute investor and analyst events (e.g., AGMs, roadshows, and conferences).
Management Support
- Develop scripts and FAQs for senior management for key events (AGMs, EGMs, and quarterly results).
- Provide daily market updates through news scans.
Website Management
- Maintain and upload announcements to the company's website.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in sustainability, communications, business, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in investor relations or sustainability.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to support bilingual communication and materials.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with the real estate industry, sustainability reporting, or finance/accounting is a plus.
- Resourceful, analytical, meticulous, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Required to take the CMFAS license.
