We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Communications & Marketing Executive to support the Group's corporate branding, corporate development, and business development initiatives.
This role provides exposure to corporate growth initiatives, regional expansion efforts, and strategic market positioning. The successful candidate will work closely with Corporate and Business Development teams to strengthen the Group's external communications and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Branding & Digital Presence
. Manage and support the Group's corporate brand across digital and traditional media platforms - (Website, LinkedIn, publications, etc.)
. Drive the ongoing revamp, content restructuring, and optimisation of the corporate website to ensure alignment with business strategy and current market positioning.
. Ensure consistency and compliance with corporate branding guidelines across HQ and overseas subsidiaries.
. Support executive communications and corporate milestone announcements.
. Support Investor Relations Manager with preparation of investment materials, PowerPoint decks necessary for briefings, AGM or online releases.
Corporate & Project Marketing
. Develop and update corporate materials including company profiles, project credentials, and presentation decks.
. Work closely with project teams to gather site information, visuals, and milestones for project marketing purposes.
. Support tender marketing efforts by preparing marketing write-ups, project highlights, and capability documentation.
. Coordinate development of marketing collaterals from conceptualization through to production (brochures, event materials, corporate gifts, etc.).
. Support overseas project marketing initiatives, including occasional travel to project sites for content development and stakeholder engagement.
. Work closely with team to coordinate and organize any Corporate and Marketing events (e.g. Contract Signing Ceremonies, Corporate Development etc.)
. Undertake market research (in house or outsource) to keep the management abreast of latest market and industry trends.
. Evaluate the findings of market research assess the viability of alternative market segment for growth and make recommendations to the BD Director.
. Weekly news scan and media highlights for internal circulation.
Requirements
. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline
. At least 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Marketing & business development support.
. Strong writing and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
. Analytical and structured in handling data and reports.
. Experience to do corporate communications in listed companies in Singapore will be advantageous.
. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
