Purpose:
Serve as the relationship manager and marketing partner for the different Centres (Social Service Sector). Responsible for raising the visibility of eldercare services, driving brand awareness, and ensuring campaigns and social media efforts align with organization overall marketing plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaigns & Branding: Plan and execute campaigns, exhibitions, and publicity efforts to uplift the brand and drive community engagement.
- Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with cluster leads, centre heads, and internal stakeholders. Rotate across centres to understand services and strengthen rapport.
- Media & Social: Manage social media calendar, content creation, and analytics coordinate with external agencies if needed.
- Events: Lead end-to-end event planning, including VIP visits, logistics, admin briefs, and post-event publicity.
- General Comms: Support presentations, collaterals, sponsorships, and crisis comms when needed.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure campaigns fit within Company overall marketing framework and budget.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid: WFH possible 1 day/week after 3 months
- Grounded Role: Frequent visits to different centres mileage and transport claims available.
Success Profile:
- Marketing/communications background (brand marketing focus a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution (copywriting, posting, logistics)
- Self-starter, able to build processes and relationships in a new role
