Design and produce cross-media internal communications content across print and digital platforms (eDMs, e-newsletters, intranet, presentation templates, print collateral, etc.).
Develop internal announcements, event-related creatives, and communication materials to support internal engagement.

Multimedia (Photo / Video)
Plan and produce photography and video content for internal communications use (including coordination of shoots when needed).
Project & Stakeholder Management
Manage multiple communications projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, the global communications team, and external vendors to deliver content efficiently and consistently.
Brand / Corporate Identity Governance
Ensure consistent and effective application of corporate identity and branding across all communication touchpoints and formats.
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
Maintain and curate a centralized DAM, ensuring assets are organized, accessible, and up to date (e.g., key visuals, templates, photo/video assets).
Event & Production Support
Support communications-related activities including event management support, and coordination for photo/video shoots as needed.
Your Talents
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia (or equivalent); strong portfolio to be presented during interview.
Minimum 3 years experience in digital and interactive media design (in-house or agency).
Hybrid designer with basic HTML capability for email campaigns.
Strong capability in both digital and print design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
Good understanding of email marketing, digital platforms, and social media.
Strong writing and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
