Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking (Indonesia Coverage)
Our client, a well-established bank is seeking to fill a Corporate Banking RM (Indonesia coverage)
Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Indonesian corporate clients, delivering tailored banking and financing solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities and acquire new-to-bank corporate relationships across key industries.
- Structure and market corporate banking products, including working capital financing, trade finance, cash management, treasury, and syndicated loans.
- Conduct credit analysis and prepare credit proposals, ensuring sound risk assessment and adherence to the Bank's credit policies.
- Work closely with Credit Risk, Treasury, Trade Finance, Product, and Operations teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and maintain regular client engagement to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor client performance, industry developments, and market trends to proactively manage portfolio quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and KYC/AML standards.
- Represent the Bank at client meetings, industry events, and networking activities to strengthen the Bank's presence in the Indonesian market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3-8 years of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience, with a strong focus on Indonesian corporate clients.
- Proven track record in business development and managing corporate lending portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, including lending, trade finance, cash management, treasury solutions, and structured finance.
- Experience in credit structuring, financial analysis, and credit proposal preparation.
