Job Summary
Our client, a well-established bank(QFB) with a strong regional and international presence, is seeking a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to join their corporate banking team. This role focuses on managing and deepening client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring credit activities align with internal risk frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients by identifying new business and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Prepare clear and concise credit proposals and renewal documents that assess key risks and propose effective mitigants to support informed credit decisions
- Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) and periodic reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Monitor client credit exposure and proactively manage accounts exhibiting early warning signs to mitigate potential risks
- Collaborate with internal departments and overseas branches to facilitate cross-border business activities and enhance client service delivery
- Lead regular client meetings and maintain detailed, up-to-date call reports to track relationship progress and opportunities
- Execute general department functions and ad hoc assignments as directed by management to support team objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated by effective collaboration across departments and with clients
- Proficiency in Mandarin to support communication needs related to business activities requiring this language
- Self-driven and results-oriented with proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
