Conduct post-lending credit monitoring and portfolio management for the Branch's corporate loan portfolio
Monitor borrowers credit conditions through Head Office Early Warning Systems as well as internally established Branch monitoring frameworks
Perform ongoing credit surveillance, including early warning signal monitoring, watch list management, and adverse news monitoring
Review and follow up on key risk indicators and potential deterioration in borrowers financial or operational conditions
Prepare regular monitoring reports and support internal reporting requirements to Head Office and management
Manage loan classification and provisioning-related monitoring processes
Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders and Head Office regarding credit monitoring matters and follow-up actions
Support the overall post-loan review and monitoring framework of the Branch
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
The most critical requirement is hands-on experience in borrower early warning monitoring and credit risk management within banks or financial institutions
Relevant experience in post-loan monitoring, watchlist management, adverse news monitoring, and ongoing credit surveillance
Experience in preparing credit monitoring reports and management reports
Good understanding of corporate lending processes and credit risk management practices
Korean language proficiency is preferred, as the role requires frequent communication with Head Office and understanding of Head Office credit systems and reporting processes
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and Head Office
Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, sound judgment, and the ability to manage ongoing monitoring processes in a structured and timely manner
