Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dedicated team as a Corporate & Trust Administrator, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional corporate secretarial services and administrative support for trust structures. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to client satisfaction and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Administer a portfolio of Singapore companies, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company's constitution. Prepare corporate secretarial documents such as board resolutions and AGM materials, while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Submit statutory forms to regulatory authorities and maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records. Support trust administrators in managing a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other wealth structures with a strong focus on service quality. Responsible for the organization and storage of documents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Prepare necessary documentation for bank account openings and trust reviews, escalating any concerns related to client and transaction risks to management. Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification (degree, professional certification, diploma) in law, accounting/finance, or corporate secretarial preferred Chartered Secretary designation is a plus. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate administration with reputable corporate service providers trust-related experience is a valuable asset. Demonstrated understanding of company secretarial requirements and corporate structures. Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Motivated to build client relationships and exceed service expectations. Flexible, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines.
