Job Description

About the job

Company Description

MASSIVUE is committed to transforming organisations by driving agility, innovation, and sustainability. We specialise in accelerating time-to-market, boosting employee engagement, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through strategic consulting, coaching, and advanced training programs.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and context-driven AI Trainer & Enablement Specialist to design, deliver, and operationalize our AI training initiatives.

The ideal candidate will move beyond generic Prompt Engineering 101 to deliver high-impact, hands-on learning. Your primary objective is not just course completion, but driving actual workplace enablement, ensuring our workforce can safely and effectively integrate AI into daily financial operations, risk management, and client services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Design & IBF Alignment

Design and structure end-to-end AI training curricula that align with IBF Future-Enabled Skills (e.g., Generative AI, Data Fluency, and Digital Risk & Governance).

Ensure all training materials, assessment matrices, and lesson plans meet the stringent compliance criteria required for IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS) funding accreditation.

Translate broad AI theories into specialized financial use cases (e.g., automated data parsing, compliance tracking, risk matrix automation, and client communication).

2. Delivery & Enablement (Bridging the Gap)

Deliver highly interactive, hands-on training sessions (both physical and synchronous e-learning) with a strict focus on learning by doing.

Conduct live architecture, sandbox, and prototyping workshops (e.g., building functional AI Copilots or custom agents) rather than static slide presentations.

Act as an internal AI Coach, offering post-training mentorship, Q&A support, and context engineering guardrails to ensure teams can format proprietary data safely into legacy systems.

3. Assessment & Business Impact Measurement

Administer, grade, and document the rigorous, prescribed tests and assessments required for trainees to attain 100% competency under IBF rules.

Establish baseline KPIs for training ROI, mapping skills acquisition directly to internal workflow efficiency and productivity gains.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Certifications & Accreditations (Mandatory)

  • Must possess a recognised local adult education certification: ACTA, ACLP, or DACE.
  • Prior track record of delivering courses successfully accredited under the IBF-STS or FTS framework.
  • Active IBF Certification (IBFQ or IBFA) in a relevant financial track is highly advantageous.
  • Must be able to provide documented proof of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) alignment or past training evaluation scores upon request.

Technical Expertise:

Deep practical knowledge of Generative AI architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent workflows.

Proficiency in enterprise AI platforms and orchestration tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI API integration, or Python data analytics tools like Pandas/Matplotlib).

Strong understanding of AI Trust Architectures, adversarial testing (red teaming), data privacy constraints, and banking compliance standards.

Financial Industry Domain Knowledge:

Proven experience working within or consulting for financial institutions, fintechs, or management consulting environments.

Familiarity with the MAS/IBF regulatory landscape regarding technology risk management and the responsible use of AI.

Training & Facilitation:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, adult learning facilitation, or instructional design.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to demystify complex machine learning concepts for non-technical stakeholders (e.g., operations, legal, sales teams).

Prior experience delivering IBF-accredited or SkillsFuture-funded courses is highly preferred.

Success in this role is not measured by the number of certificates issued. It is measured by the reduction of friction points in our business. You will have succeeded when a team can independently build, refine, and deploy safe AI guardrails into their active, daily workflows, driving quantifiable business transformation.

Equal Opportunity & Recruitment Disclaimer: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity across our teams. All employment and contracting decisions are made based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications, without regard to race, religion, gender, age, nationality, or any other protected status. Please note that our recruitment process is entirely free of charge we do not request or collect any fees, payments, or financial details from candidates at any stage of the application or interview process.
