Job Description

Clime Capital (www.climecap.com) is a Singapore-licensed fund manager focused on identifying, incubating, and scaling innovative investment platforms that accelerate the low-carbon transition. We are a fast-paced, impact-driven team headquartered in Singapore, with team members across Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia, and India.

We are looking for a Corporate Account and Admin Officer to join our Singapore-based team. Reporting to the COO, you'll work closely with our service providers and operations teams to keep the corporate finance function running smoothly, while supporting corporate secretary matters and KYC compliance checks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Accounting for the corporate accounts of the fund manager business

. Managing third-party service providers in preparing and reviewing monthly profit and loss and balance sheet reports for accuracy

. Managing the budgeting process, monitoring actual spend, and performing accruals and provision evaluations

. Preparing year-end and statutory accounts, and managing the statutory audit

Finance, Treasury& Payroll

. Managing fee and sales invoicing and PO/bill approvals, and ensuring transactions are properly recorded by third-party service providers

. Preparing SGD purchase forecasts, running settlements and payments, and maintaining banking relationships and approval thresholds

. Controlling expenditure and cash flow, including travel approvals and spending

. Reviewing payroll and managing the staff incentive scheme with HR

Tax

. Managing third-party service providers in preparing corporate tax filings (ECI &Form C) and GST submissions for IRAS

. Supporting Certificate of Residency applications, tax incentive scheme maintenance, and US and overseas tax matters

Corporate Secretary, Compliance & Admin

. Supporting government lodgements with ACRA and other agencies, the MAS Survey, board resolutions and meeting arrangements, and tracker maintenance

. Supporting the Compliance Officer on AML/KYC screening

. Sharing office admin responsibilities with HR and supporting logistics for high-stakes meetings

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

. 3 to 5 years of work experience in audit or corporate accounting, with strong Excel skills

. Experience in a public accounting or audit firm preferred familiarity with Xero, Approval, Airtable, AI applications, and/or Refinitiv is a plus

. A strong coordinator who can build and maintain working relationships with third-party service providers comfortable working quickly and accurately under tight timelines

. Advanced skills in PowerPoint and other financial software and tools for reporting and analysis

. Independent, self-motivated, and deadline-driven, with strong attention to detail and solidproblem-solving skills a mature, positive, collaborative team player

. Genuinely interested in the renewable energy sector knowledge of Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam is a plus

. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field, with a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA
