Plan and lead the creation and revision of banking operation procedures aligned with the new core banking system implementation.
Develop detailed plans, documentation, and progress management reports for user task procedures.
Coordinate with regional and branch-level teams to ensure standardization of procedures while accommodating branch-specific requirements.
Manage issues and progress for procedure development activities.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple branches and departments (Operations, Risk, Legal, Internal Audit, etc.).
Ensure compliance and quality in procedure documentation in line with banking standards and regulations.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among physically remote teams across APAC.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting firm within the banking industry or on the user/operations side of a bank.
Strong expertise in document creation and logical thinking.
Proven experience in creating, revising, reviewing, or approving banking operational procedures (e.g., Operational Planning, Back Office, Risk Management, Legal, or Internal Audit).
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, including remote and cross-border teams.
Knowledge of core banking business flows and back-office operations, experience with major banking systems such as Trade360 TPS, ACBS, GPP, FLEXCUBE, or GLCS and managing small or distributed teams are a plus.
