Role Summary:
We're looking for a conceptual and detail-driven Copywriter to craft compelling, on-brand copy across print, digital, TV, and content for our clients brands and products, while championing creative excellence and consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate blends strong writing craft with proficiency in Generative AI tools, balancing AI-driven efficiency and insights with authentic human creativity and brand voice.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Write copy in both long and short form, including headlines
- Write, review, and adapt copy that results in effective and compelling communication for clients brands and products
- Produce high-quality creative work at volume across Print, Digital, TV, and Content, etc.
- Champion conceptual thinking and great writing, leading by example
- Be proactive in resolving issues as they arise, escalating for support when appropriate
- Respond promptly to copywriting requests from management stakeholders, as required
- Demonstrate and champion a clear understanding of brands
- Maintain consistency in brand tone of voice across all media formats
- Deliver work of a consistently high creative quality
- Champion, promote, and lead by example on key Hogarth policies, procedures, and values
- Provide sound copywriting advice and support to team members and stakeholders, demonstrating good judgement drawn from technical and professional experience
- Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance copywriting efficiency while maintaining creative integrity
- Utilize AI-powered analytics tools for content performance optimization and audience insights
- Implement data-driven approaches to content creation and strategy
- Ensure ethical use of AI tools in content development while maintaining brand authenticity
- Collaborate with teams to integrate AI-generated content with human creativity
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of experience working and collaborating within industry teams
- Proven creative experience across print, digital, and TV
- Cares deeply about the craft and is obsessed with excellent writing — thoughtful, meaningful, occasionally provocative, clear, and inspiring
- A conceptual creative who can come up with big ideas when needed, but is also capable of paying attention to the smallest details, such as punctuation
- Demonstrable experience building relationships and interacting with clients
- Proficiency in using Generative AI tools and platforms for content creation and optimization
- Understanding of AI ethics and responsible content generation practices
- Experience with data analytics tools and the ability to interpret content performance metrics
- Knowledge of AI-powered content management systems and workflow optimization tools
- Demonstrated ability to balance AI assistance with human creativity and brand voice
- Experience with Google's AI tools and other industry-standard AI content platforms
