Job Summary

You will manage and coordinate roadside construction activities, ensuring smooth project execution by communicating effectively with contractors, officers, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise onsite construction activities to ensure compliance with project schedules and site requirements
• Manage and communicate with a multi-national workforce to maintain productivity and teamwork
• Liaise daily with project managers, safety coordinators, main contractors, officers, and engineers to report work progress and resolve issues
• Coordinate cable laying and pipe laying works to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Maintain clear communication and site coordination to prevent delays and ensure efficient workflow

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in construction projects, particularly in cable and pipe laying works
• Ability to work onsite and manage construction activities independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and workforce

• Ability to manage a multi-national workforce effectively
