Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality Interpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-site.
- Coordinate M & E services and prepare drawings for submission.
- Coordinate the integration of Civil, Architectural and M & E works on site with Authorities and SWC (system-wide contractors).
- Plan, develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules.
- Provide technical advice and resolve M & E technical issues.
- Reporting the progress of M & E works and arranging site inspections with system-side contractors, sub- contractors and clerk-of-works.
Requirement :-
- Min. 8 years of relevant experience after obtaining a Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferred Candidates with LTA/PUB project experience.
- Prior experience in the construction industry.
