Project Coordinator
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects preferably in the construction industry, both residential and commercial in furniture & fitment trade.
- Experience in running site works and are able to coordinate work on site with client, consultants and subcontractors.
- Able to organize work and maintain proper documentation.
- Computer literate - proficient in MS office.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin - spoken and written.
- Meticulous, positive attitude, team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Completed BCSS/ SCWSH course.
- Possess a valid class 2 or 3 license with transport.
- Singaporeans /PR preferred.
