JOB PURPOSE:
The Corporate Distribution Support team addresses all immediate and long-term distribution-related requests and inquiries. The Coordinator is a point of contact for all internal customer groups, including the sales force and various corporate departments. He/she investigates all issues and provides timely answers and solutions, coordinates and prioritises all requests for APDC Customer Service and APDC Production Desk, tracks and analyses issues, develops procedures, and implements improvement initiatives and best practices.
The main goal is to provide customer satisfaction and to maintain high standards of operations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Customer Support (80%) - This portion of the position consists of processing all standard requests and inquiriesinto/ from the APDC-WMS and APDC Customer Service team. Refer to the Functions Map for the most updated list of activities, such as
. Handle all phone, email requests and inquiries
. Monitor and action WMS manual allocation queue
. Respond timely to service inquiries related to Must Ships, RTS & Freight Upgrade requests
. Perform order pull-ins and route changes
. InvestigateShort/Over Ship Requests
. Prepare packing slip or CoC reprints
. Assign specific Date/lot Code requests
. Delay of shipment notification to the internal customer affected
. Coordinate Vendor Service for Value-added customer requests
JOBCONTENT:
1. Tracking (15%) - This portion of the position is responsible for recording and logging all the inquiries.
. Record issues for tracking, follow-up, analysis and reporting
. Categorise requests, inquiries, and problems.
. Other related activities.
2. Projects (5%)
Participate in various other projects and tasks as assigned.
RECOMMENDED CREDENTIALS:
. Minimum requirements: GCE O Level or equivalent
EXPERIENCES
. 2 years of experience in a customer service role preferred or
. 2 years of experience in a business environment with significant exposure to troubleshooting & data analysis
