Cook Supervisor

Our company is currently looking for an experienced Cook Supervisor to lead our team of passionate and talented individuals in the restaurant.

We will be food focused, qualities and amazing food produced by our overseas trained team.

The candidate will report to and work closely with the Head Chef to develop and prepare classic and innovative cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Creation of classic and innovative menu
• Cost and quality control
• Supervise and manage kitchen operations effectively
• Work closely and efficiently with other departments to achieve company's goals
• Setting up of new restaurants
• Reports to Head Chef

Requirements

• 3 years experience in related field
• Knowledge of Asian culinary techniques and modern trends
• Knowledge and good understanding of hygiene, health and safety practices and regulations (HACCP, H&S regulations)
• Have initiative, is hard working and able to lead the kitchen by him/herself
