Responsibilities
- Cook traditional Indian and Bangladesh dishes using authentic methods to ensure high-quality food preparation
- Apply knowledge of herbs and spices properties and usage to enhance flavor and authenticity in dishes
- Prepare all dishes fresh daily and maintain food standards consistently
- Plan and arrange ingredients for next-day preparation and order fulfillment
- Understand and fulfill customer requirements accurately based on orders received
- Introduce new dishes and menus to diversify offerings and attract customers
- Monitor and enforce stock rotation procedures to maintain inventory quality and reduce waste
- Maintain consistent food quality through regular checks and adherence to standards
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of authentic Bangladesh food preparation techniques
- Work effectively under pressure during busy periods to meet demand and maintain service quality
