Cook/Stall Assistant

Job Summary

Manage daily food preparation and service to ensure timely delivery to customers. Handle order taking and payment processing. Maintain stall cleanliness and enforce food and beverage safety and hygiene policies. Receive and store food products properly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation to meet quality and timing standards
• Ensure food is served promptly to customers to maintain satisfaction
• Accurately take customer orders and process payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stall to meet hygiene standards
• Enforce compliance with food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
• Receive food products and store them correctly to preserve freshness and safety
