Working hours: 5 Days Work Week

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare and cook food

• Ensure good kitchen hygiene and housekeeping duties

• Attend to all kitchen duties including stock checking and supplies

• Maintain regular cleaning for all kitchen areas and equipment

• Supervise kitchen staff

• Undertake other assignments and/or ad hoc duties as and when required

• Report to the Chef-in-charge

Qualification and Requirements

• Min 1 year experience in Japanese or Western cuisine
