We are looking for a Kitchen Cook who is dedicated, dependable, and enjoys working in a collaborative and inclusive kitchen environment. You will be part of a pioneering team operating in a smart kitchen to ensure consistency, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to recipes and standards
- Assist in food prep, portioning, and maintaining stock levels
- Operate smart kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (SFA compliance)
- Support inclusive teamwork - working alongside and mentoring colleagues with disabilities
- Assist in menu planning, cost control, and daily operations

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a café, restaurant, or catering environment
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations
- Able to work in a team and follow standard operating procedures
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn new technologies
