Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations of front and kitchen.
  • Handle food preparation according to Company standard operating procedures (SOP) and assist the Head Chef.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, food sanitation and SFA food hygiene practices.
  • Ensure personal hygiene, general cleanliness, upkeep of restaurant and kitchen sanitation.
  • Assist in collecting food supplies, document stock requisitions and report stock inventory to Superior.
  • Ensure consistent in quality of food and beverages.
  • Assist in customer service and service duties.
  • Assist in dishwashing and clearing of tables.
  • Store products properly in the fridge with a first-in-first-out system and avoid placing foodstuff, etc on the floor.
  • Check and report equipment issues to Superior.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirement

  • Strong team player with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
