Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Cook / Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic kitchen team in Singapore. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support senior chefs in daily operations.

Job Description

• Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and cooking ingredients
• Follow recipes and cooking techniques as directed by senior chefs
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

Job Requirements:

• Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen setting
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Excellent communication skills in English proficiency in other languages is an advantage
