Job Description

1. Food Preparation & Cooking

Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and standards.

Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.

Assist with menu planning and new dish development.

2. Kitchen Supervision

Oversee the kitchen team

Monitor kitchen workflow and delegate tasks to cooks and other junior staff.

3. Quality & Safety Standards

Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards

Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.

4. Training & Development

Support in onboarding new team members.

Provide guidance to maintain consistent performance

5. Inventory & Cost Control

Assist with inventory checks and ordering ingredients.

6. Skills & Traits

Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.
