Job description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Western Cuisine Chef to join our quick-service kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing quality Western dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Western dishes (e.g. pastas, grilled items, all-day breakfast, burgers, etc.)
- Ensure fast and consistent food preparation suitable for a quick-service environment
- Manage food quality, portioning, and presentation
- Oversee kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance (SFA/NEA)
- Monitor stock levels, food cost and wastage
- Support menu planning and supervise kitchen helpers
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Western or quick-service F&B environment
- Strong skills in grilling, sauces and plating
- Able to work independently and handle high order volume
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willing to work 6 days/week, including weekends and public holidays (rotational rest day)
