Handle a comprehensive range of conveyancing and real estate matters, ensuring smooth transaction completion through effective legal documentation, stakeholder communication, and project support.
Responsibilities
- Manage conveyancing matters including purchase and sales, development projects, mortgages, transfers, and stamp duties to facilitate timely and compliant transactions
- Prepare and process legal conveyancing documentation, including e-lodgement and e-stamping, to meet regulatory requirements
- Communicate proactively with clients, banks, and related parties to coordinate and resolve issues throughout the conveyancing process
- Conduct legal searches and maintain accurate records to support conveyancing transactions and meet deadlines
- Provide administrative support for legal documentation and secretarial tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with management to assist on additional matters and projects as required, contributing to overall team objectives
