Conveyancing Lawyer

We are a boutique conveyancing law firm that is seeking to hire talented lawyers to join our dynamic legal team. We're seeking individuals who are passionate about law and have a strong desire to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Meeting with clients and discussing legal matters with them
• Reviewing land registry documents
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and leases related to property transactions
• Handle and advising clients full range conveyancing matters such as purchase & sales, development projects, mortgages, transfers, leases, powers of attorney, stamp duties and etc. for HDB residential properties, HDB shophouses, private residential properties and commercial/industrial/JTC properties
• Assisting senior lawyers with complex cases
• Developing legal strategies for clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Valid license to practice law
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous, well-organized and can work well under time constraints
• Qualified solicitors with no experience in Conveyancing work are also invited to apply
