Controls & Electrical Engineer - VTAL

Our client is a Precision engineering and semiconductor manufacturing industries . Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Controls & Electrical Engineer to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and simulate AC/DC power, control, and communication circuits.
• Develop and integrate control systems, sensors, and embedded hardware.
• Assemble, wire, modify, and troubleshoot custom electrical assemblies and control boxes.
• Support product improvement, innovation, and technical solution development.
• Prepare engineering documentation, BOMs, wiring drawings, test procedures, and project reports.
• Work with customers and suppliers on technical requirements, project execution, and issue resolution.
• Provide technical support to Sales and Marketing for customer engagement.
• Support Operations and Quality teams in troubleshooting, process improvement, and product performance issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical hardware, circuitry, embedded systems, or controls engineering.
• Experience with C/C++ microcontroller programming, such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or equivalent platforms.
• Good understanding of closed-loop control systems and sensors, including pressure, temperature, motion, and proximity sensors.
• Hands-on experience with soldering, crimping, DMMs, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and electrical troubleshooting.
