Controller, Fast-growing Financial Services Group

Our client is a fast-growing financial services group with entrenched positions in the market segments that they are active in. Heading into their next phase of growth, they are looking to hire a finance professional to take on a newly created role of Controller.

The Controller will head up a small team. Apart from running the finance operations of the group, the Controller is expected to be a key business partner to the various business units providing valuable strategic inputs.

Requirements

- Degree in Accountancy or relevant professional qualifications (ACCA / CPA / CA)

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, and with supervisory experience

- Cando attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset

- Strong business and commercial acumen
