Control Systems Engineer (Must have driving license/ PLC/ SCADA)

Responsibilities

. Lead the design anddevelopment of PLC, SCADA, and control systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell,Schneider)

. Integrate hardware andsoftware systems across multiple platforms

. Conduct FactoryAcceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)

. Support siteinstallation, commissioning, and system troubleshooting

. Collaborate closelywith Project Managers, clients, and vendors

. Prepare and reviewengineering documentation and reports

. Prepare systemarchitecture, control philosophies, and functional design specifications

. Design control panels,wiring diagrams, and I/O lists

. Ensure compliance withclient specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

. Configurecommunication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC)

. Perform softwareintegration between various subsystems and third-party equipment

. Conduct internaltesting and debugging of control systems

. Monitor engineeringprogress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables

. Coordinate withvendors, subcontractors, and clients on technical matters

. Propose improvementsin system design, engineering practices, and workflows

. For Senior position:Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership

Requirements

. Degree in ElectricalEngineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field

. 3 to 5 years of experience insystem integration / industrial automation

. Strong hands-on experience inPLC/SCADA programming and commissioning

. Familiar with industrialcommunication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC)

. Experience in control panels andinstrumentation systems
