Control Room Supervisor (SS)

Your primary function is to provide surveillance over life and property by patrolling the premises and checking the movement of people/goods.

Position: Control Room Supervisor (PRD Grade: SS)
Location: Loyang Drive
Work Regime: 5 days (Roster Rotating - no fixed off days.)
Shift: Permanent Night Shift
Work Hours: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform rotating shifts-duty to provide security involving the following key activities:

1-Incident Management & Reporting

• Respond to & report complex or large-scale safety and security incidents

• Investigate security incidents

2-Direct Supervision

• Supervise & direct security personnel

• Conduct team briefing & debrief

3-Execute Evacuation Plans & Exercises

• Execute evacuation plans/exercise

4-Other ad-hoc duties assigned strictly in accordance with PWM guidelines

• Key duties and responsibilities may be vary based on the assignment's requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a valid PRD Grade of Security Supervisor (SS) rank.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Supervisor.

• Must wear PPE when on duty (such as: Safety Boots & Safety Vest).

• Have to undergo background checks and security screening.

• Must be CSSPB & OBSE certified.

• Experienced working in Datacenter environment is an advantage.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Equipped with computer skills (Microsoft applications, etc.)

• Independent, well-organized, and good work attitude
