Control Panel Technician (Entry-Level) | Multiple Roles

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator / Assembler to support the assembly of electrical control panels and automation systems. The role involves component installation, wiring, cable routing, and panel assembly while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to engineering drawings and schematics.
• Install and mount electrical components using appropriate tools and hardware.
• Route, bundle, and secure wires and cables neatly and accurately.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support production activities and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
