Develop, configure, and troubleshoot SCADA software and PLC systems. Lead logic and graphics development, perform integrated testing, and produce comprehensive project design and engineering documentation to ensure system functionality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA software to ensure reliable system performance
- Create and execute logic development and graphics development for PLC SCADA systems to meet project requirements
- Perform integrated testing of PLC and SCADA systems to validate system functionality and identify issues
- Prepare detailed project design and engineering documentation including IO lists, system architecture, material submissions, panel drawings, FDS, FAT, and SAT procedures to support project execution
- Develop software using PLC Logix, HMI graphics, and SCADA software to deliver effective automation solutions
- Program using Ladder and FBD languages to implement control logic and system operations
- Integrate networks over various PLC communication protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, and Profinet to enable seamless data exchange and system connectivity
