Key Responsibilities
- Design and review power distribution systems (LV panels, DBs, cabling)
- Ensure proper power supply for:
- ACMV equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs)
- BMS panels and controllers
- Load calculations
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and system failures
- Liaise with contractors during installation and testing
- Design and implement control logic for building systems
- Program or configure: PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
- Chilled water systems
- Air distribution systems
- Understand system design (chillers, cooling towers, AHUs)
- Configure and manage BMS platforms
- Integrate systems into BMS: ACMV
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- ACMV, BMS experience
