Contracts Specialist - Oil & Gas

Our client is a well‑established multinational organisation with a strong Asia‑Pacific presence and a highly structured commercial and legal environment.

They are hiring a Contracts Specialist to support regional contracting activities within a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting. This role sits within a central team and works closely with legal, procurement, and business stakeholders across multiple markets.

This position focuses on end‑to‑end contract lifecycle management, supporting a wide range of commercial agreements while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with internal frameworks.

Key responsibilities of this Contracts Specialist - Oil & Gas:

• Drafting, reviewing, and processing a variety of commercial agreements (including NDAs, vendor and service agreements)
• Managing contract lifecycle workflows, including approvals, execution, and amendments
• Supporting contract management systems and maintaining accurate contract records
• Ensuring alignment with internal policies, templates, and risk guidelines
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on contracting processes
• Coordinating with legal teams and external counsel on more complex matters where required

Requirements of this Contracts Specialist - Oil & Gas:

• Experience in contracts management, legal operations, or paralegal roles
• Background in Energy or Commodities preferred
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work
• Detail‑oriented with a process‑driven approach
• Confident working with a range of business stakeholders across functions
