Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Contracts Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing commercial and contractual matters across projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to oversee commercial and operational matters, ensuring effective project delivery and risk mitigation
- Conduct detailed evaluation and value engineering to optimize project costs and scopes, supporting procurement decisions and award recommendations
- Provide expert contractual advice and administer contracts, proactively managing and resolving contractual issues to safeguard project interests
- Evaluate and certify Main Contract and Sub-Contract progress claims, variation claims, payments, and final account settlements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor and control project cash flow, budgeting, and cost management to maintain financial health and project profitability
- Collaborate closely with Project Teams, Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution and stakeholder alignment
Required competencies and certifications
- Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in industry contractual practices and familiarity with standard contract forms such as REDAS, SIA, and PSSCOC
- Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience with at least 5 years in a Main Contractor role

- Experience in residential, commercial, and/or institutional projects
