What you will do
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes (tendering, evaluation, contract award)
- Draft, review, and administer contracts while monitoring contract performance
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance frameworks, and relevant regulations
- Oversee quotation and tender exercises for estate services such as cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and repairs.
- Oversee vendor performance, including KPIs, SLAs, and contract renewals
- Handle contract variations, disputes, and stakeholder coordination
- Oversee estate maintenance, upgrading, and improvement projects
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and safety compliance
- Track costs, evaluate claims, and support budget control
- Identify risks and recommend process improvements
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Procurement
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in contract management, procurement or project management from the public sector or construction field
- Prior experience handling tenders and large service contracts is preferred
