- Manage contracts, procurement, and claims with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
- Resolve disputes and implement cost control measures.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to minimize risk and maximize value for the company.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction/Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience handling contracts for HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction law and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
