- Cost Estimation - Analyse project drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates, using relevant software for quantity take-offs and calculations.
- Tendering Support - Assist in evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with project requirements.
- Procurement Management - Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and compliance with project specifications.
- Contract Administration - Manage contracts, including reviewing terms, variations, and claims, to ensure proper execution and cost control.
- Project Scope - Apply expertise across a wide range of projects including Industrial, Retail, Healthcare, Residential, Leisure, and Institutional developments.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant Civil, Architectural or Engineering discipline
- Experience in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost calculations, and relevant construction software.
- Experience across project types in any area of Industrial, Retail, Healthcare, Residential, and Institutional developments.
