- Lead and develop the Quantity Surveying team, setting clear goals and driving performance to achieve project and financial objectives.
- Oversee project profit and loss by managing contract administration and cost control systems to meet financial targets.
- Establish and monitor effective QS and contract management processes to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation.
- Manage contractual and cost-related matters, including negotiations and settlements, while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Provide strategic contract leadership by applying strong knowledge of construction law and collaborating with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant Civil, Engineering or QS discipline
- Experience in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, cost calculations, and relevant construction software.
