We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our Tenders & Estimation Department. Candidates must have a minimum of 10+ years experience in Buildings / infrastructure / utility construction EPC projects.
Open Positions:
1)Contracts Manager ( Experience - 18+ yrs)
- Leads post-award contract administration, ensuring compliance with contract terms, managing variations, claims, and dispute resolution for EPC projects.
- Drives commercial performance through risk management, stakeholder coordination, and expert knowledge of FIDIC and Middle East contract frameworks.
2) Senior Contracts Engineer (Experience - 10+ yrs)
- Manages contract administration, variations, and claims for EPC projects, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and project timelines.
- Supports commercial control through contract interpretation, documentation, and coordination with project, legal, and client teams.
3) Engineer – Quantity Surveyor (Experience - 10+ yrs)
- Handles post-award quantity surveying activities including BOQ management, cost control, valuation of variations, and interim payment applications.
- Ensures accurate quantities, cost tracking, and contractual compliance to support project profitability and timely financial reporting.
