Contracts Executive
Responsibilities
- Responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, negotiation with sub-contractors and other relevant duties.
- Preparation of consent form, purchase orders and contract award.
- Review contract conditions from Employer, and Main Contractors etc.
- Interpret contract and tender documents.
- Issuance of Letter of Award to Vendors/Sub-contractors.
- Working closely with QS, Engineers and Project Managers
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Candidates with construction industry experience will be added advantage.
- At least 1 - 2 year(s) of hands-on working experience.
- Able to read and understand technical drawing
