Prepare and ensure accuracy of project cost estimates and specifications for all Cyclical, Additions & Alterations and Improve works etc. under the Contract
Update and administer both pre and post contract administration works
Prepare, call and administer various tenders for the routine maintenance work, services and supplies
Monitor maintenance budget and prepare progress payment to ensure cashflow projections are met and payments are promptly made to contractors and suppliers
Advise on the selection of suitable contractors / specialist for the routine maintenance work, services and supplies
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Estate Management / Building or other related fields
Preferably with some experience in maintenance contracts
